Dinner - Tues-Sun, starting at 5 pm
Brunch - Saturday and Sunday 9:30 - 2:30

The Oasis Bar at the Imperial Hotel is an experience in itself with its antique barstools, old gaslights and creaky floorboards. The bar is stocked with a large selection of spirits and California and imported wines and beers. The wine list features a careful selection of award-winning local wines. Happy Hour on Wednesdays from 5 - 6:30 pm, a mix of locals and tourists enjoying hors d'oeuvres and camaraderie ... in the Oasis Bar.

There's nothing unlucky about our next Winemaker's Dinner on Friday, April 13th. We are delighted to join with 1850 Wine Cellars (1850 was the year California became a state) to introduce you to the impressive lineup of award-winning wines from one of Amador County's newest wineries. At the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition this year, 1850 came away with 15 medals — including 2 Double golds and 5 Golds! Winemaker Mica Raas oversees one of the broadest offerings of varietals of any Amador County winery, and we'll be pouring their Chardonnay, Roussane, Zinfandel, Syrah and cream sherry (!) for our 5-course dinner.

We'll be sending out the full menu shortly, but don't wait to sign up, especially if you want to take advantage of our Winemaker's Room and Dinner Package: dinner for two and stay the night in our hotel for just $275. Dinner only: $85/person.
